Great location, short walk to town. Spacious, clean room with lovely shower. Delicious breakfast included. Friendly staff. Would recommend to friends and family.

The hotel had clean and nicely presented rooms. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. It was conveniently located, not far from the city center.

This hotel is a little gem located just outside the city centre. With its vibrant surroundings and a bus stop right outside, you can easily explore the area. The staff were helpful and the basic amenities provided in the nicely refurbished modern style rooms were a nice touch. The breakfast, efficiently served, was a great start to the day, and the included biscuits were a delightful addition.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and a made bed every day. the breakfast was delicious and well-cooked, and the waitstaff were attentive and efficient. the hotel had a modern and stylish atmosphere, and it was conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. Another great aspect was the free parking, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area without worrying about finding a spot for our car.

That the wifi signal in our room was a bit weak, but it didn't bother us too much. during the weekend, the hotel was located near a lively pub, so there was some noise late at night.

Everything was amazing and clean, I liked staff and location. Spacious room. Plus it was airy and the bed was very comfy.

The whole place was exceptionally clean, I liked it, and had excellent staff and rooms. Decent staff members were with quick service. Downstairs bar was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Well, the area was quite busy overall.

The location was perfect, relatively near Art. Nice restaurant walking distance to the hotel. Substantial and hearty breakfast, they offered fresh fruit, cereals and scrambled eggs. Late check-out was useful.

Staff were brilliant, wi-fi was good, and I really enjoyed its unbeatable location not far from Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, the city centre and Chester zoo and including a Co-op supermarket. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. The outdoor bar was great and the drinks were warm. Such a very comfortable experience.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being just a short walk away from the town centre of Chester. This made it easy for me to explore and visit various attractions in the area without having to travel far. the room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice and relaxing environment after a long day of sightseeing. The shower in the bathroom was also quite nice, allowing me to freshen up and feel refreshed. the breakfast options were good, offering a variety of choices to start the day off right.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard, which was a disappointment.

Top-notch hotel, it has good service and ideal location right in the city centre.
